SUM Editor (previously known as SU Movie Editor) lets you edit videos without re-encoding and without losing quality. AVI, FLV, MKV, MPEG-4, MOV, and other commonly used formats are supported. It makes use of external DirectShow filters such as LAV Filters, Haali Media Splitter; these should be installed if you experience any video playback issue.
