There was a download of Star Estimator 3.0 on the developer's website when we last checked. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this software available. The Star Estimator installer is commonly called StarEstimator.exe. The most popular version among Star Estimator users is 3.0. Star Estimator relates to Photo & Graphics Tools.
