audiospectrum
The 1.2 version of audiospectrum for Mac was available to download on the developer's website when we last checked. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this app available. The software belongs to Theming Tools. According to the results of the Google Safe Browsing check, the developer's site is safe. Despite this, we recommend checking the downloaded files with any free antivirus software.
From the developer:
audiospectrum is a very simple quartz screensaver that reacts to ambient audio. It's simple as possible to keep processor load and heat minimal. This is the good one, in my opinion, the screenshot really doesn't do it justice.
Click the 'More Information' link on this page for all the other audio-based quartz screensavers I've made. I may try to combine some of these, but keeping CPU use low is the priority.
You may want to check out more Mac applications, such as ART FOREST MAGIC CLOCK, which might be similar to audiospectrum.
