Simplify the installation and monitoring of Chrony on OS X. Chrony is a more efficient alternative to ntpd for keeping your computer clock synchronised. After installation, you can use commands to configure Chrony from the command line. It's donationware, so consider supporting development with a donation.

ChronyControl provides a straightforward means fo installing and monitoring chrony, which has now been ported to OS X. The standard installation of OS X includes ntpd, probably the most widely used software for keeping a computer clock synchronised with other computers/clocks on the Internet.
