Condense has been developed while studying computer science because the unnecessary step of 'booting' up an OCR suite every time then load presentation just to extract half a page from the middle of the document. Research was done against many OCR solutions on the market and each of them was bulky to use and failed in one discipline: Quick and elegant extraction. Condense wants to fix this gap.

I have been using this excellent app for years now and find it so useful for OCRing text on the screen. Version 1.61 runs on my Mac Mini M1 without problem. A really fine app.
