Run haplotype analysis operations on your Mac. Work with data dumps from the HapMap project and the Perlegen Genotype browser. Analyze thousands of SNPs in the regular mode or increase the speed of processing with special commands. Check individual item data as well.
The 4.2 version of Haploview for Mac is provided as a free download on our software library. This free Mac app was originally designed by Broad Institute.
