IPA Manager is a simple application that allows you to install and uninstall IPA Palette. It tries to notify Mac OS that a new Input Method has been added or modified, and it also tries to terminate any currently-running instances of the input method. If you are unable to activate/use the Palette immediately, restart the machine.
You may want to check out more Mac applications, such as Soccer Manager 2015, Soccer Manager 2017 or Soccer Manager 2016, which might be similar to IPA Manager.
