Does your Mac arbitrarily change at startup the keyboard layout from the one you set in preferences? This is a still unresolved problem of OS X (since 10.0); it generally happens when one of your "Startup Items" does not support your language and so it forces the system to set the keyboard layout it prefers (but we do not).
