McIcon is a small tool which can be used to rapidly generate the images required for Mac OS X app and document icons, given one large icon.
This is usually a tedious, repetitive job - and gets worse as you refine your icons, or change them over time.
Each document presents a set of image wells - one well for each image which Xcode will want to assemble your icon.
