Description

The 1.1 version of McIcon for Mac was available to download on the developer's website when we last checked. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this app available.

According to the results of the Google Safe Browsing check, the developer's site is safe. Despite this, we recommend checking the downloaded files with any free antivirus software. The following version: 1.1 is the most frequently downloaded one by the program users. The actual developer of this free Mac application is Andrew Cook. This free app works fine with Mac OS X 10.9 or later. McIcon for Mac lies within Design & Photo Tools, more precisely Viewers & Editors.

From the developer:

McIcon is a small tool which can be used to rapidly generate the images required for Mac OS X app and document icons, given one large icon.
This is usually a tedious, repetitive job - and gets worse as you refine your icons, or change them over time.
Each document presents a set of image wells - one well for each image which Xcode will want to assemble your icon.

You may want to check out more software for Mac, such as Vectorworks 2010 Viewer, DropImageURL or Polaris, which might be related to McIcon.
