The actual developer of this free software for Mac is The Iconfactory.
From the developer:
Monolith Apps lets you create Apple application icons in the Monolithic System style. It is a small companion collection for Corey Marion's unique ant's eye perspective Monolith set. This new set adds Apple's iApps and some of the preinstalled OS X goodies like iChat, Safari and iCal.
You may want to check out more Mac applications, such as App for Vine - Pro - Menu Tab, Nox App Player or Scout-App, which might be similar to Monolith Apps.
