Use the Delay module to edit values in milliseconds and hertz to set the tempo. Work with the metronome tool and tap tempo calculator to count Beats Per Minute (BPM) and copy the results as global tempo. Add or subtract timecodes or frames and transcode multiple frames to timecodes.
