With PDF Connect it is easy to make one PDF from many PDF's and Images.
Just Drag & Drop the files, you want to connect, into the table. Reorder them, look at the preview and save them as one PDF.
All files can be viewed as they are. If you have password protected files, just enter the password to unlock them.
