Description
RMAExpress 1.2.0 for Mac can be downloaded from our software library for free. The latest setup package occupies 23 MB on disk. RMAExpress for Mac is included in Productivity Tools. This free software for Mac OS X was originally created by Ben Bolstad. Our antivirus check shows that this Mac download is virus free.

RMAExpress is a standalone GUI program for OS to compute gene expression summary values for Affymetrix Genechip data using the Robust Multichip Average expression summary and to carry out quality assessment using probe-level metrics. It does not require R nor is it dependent on any component of the BioConductor project.
