Screen Marker is a simple tool that allows you to draw, scribble or add text to your screen. All of your drawings sits on the very top layer of your screen so it will always be on top of all your opened applications. Despite Screen Marker being on top of everything, you can still access and use your applications underneath - including moving them around.
