Simple Recoder
The 1.2 version of Simple Recoder for Mac was available to download on the developer's website when we last checked. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this app available. This free Mac application was originally designed by Happy Tap. The application relates to Audio & Video Tools. We recommend checking the downloaded files with any free antivirus.
From the developer:
You can find its icon in the right side of your menu bar. Click it to show the menu. You can also find its icon in the dock. Click it to record, and click it again to stop. Right-click (or ⌘-click) the dock bar icon to show the menu.
