The Cisco TC Console application lets you customize different parts of Cisco TelePresence System Codec C90, Codec C60 and Codec C40. It will allow you to create profiles which can be applied to the codec at a later time, or you can configure the system in real-time.
The Video Compositor allows you to modify the default video compositing behavior of the codec without the need for any programming.
