From the developer:

Woolamaloo is a general-purpose utility designed to help you configure and manage an iTunes U site. The program can access your iTunes U site without requiring that you construct a web portal or any transfer of CGI. It helps you verify that any changes you've made to your CGI continue to generate the URLs that Apple's iTunes Store expects.

You may want to check out more software for Mac, such as VCode, MFilter or Tipard DVD Audio Ripper for Mac, which might be similar to Woolamaloo.
