From the developer:
AppReady is a quick and easy solution for creating package files. If you want to sell your software product at Apple's Mac App Store, you must first sign it and then convert it into a package file so that you can upload it to iTunes Connect. AppReady is designed to help software developers convert their application into a package file.
You may want to check out more Mac applications, such as Installer Maker, ObsPy or RB Package Maker Studio, which might be related to AppReady.
