Cicero provides a few intuitive ways to access the Unicode character data. It allows you to browse through Unicode blocks and planes and check character properties. Also, the tool lets you segregate user-perceived characters into code points grouped by grapheme clusters. You can search characters by code point or name and Unicode blocks by name.
