Perform profile alignments or phylogenetic trees. Select three or more biological sequences involving protein or nucleic acid, then align the sequences manually or automatically. The program recognizes DE, FASTA, NBRF/PIR, GCG9 RSF, Clustal, GCC/MSF, and EMBL/Swiss-Prot input.
