DisableTigerFeatures is a utility that enables and, respectively, disables two of Mac OS X (Code-named Tiger)'s most popular features: Spotlight and Dashboard. You may disable these features because you may prefer Konfabulator to Dashboard, and you may not like that Spotlight index taking up room on your hard drive or the fact that it indexes everything (leaving you with little or no privacy).
