The 1.0 version of GPULife for Mac is available as a free download on our software library. The latest setup package takes up 45 KB on disk. Our antivirus analysis shows that this Mac download is malware free. The software lies within Theming Tools, more precisely Screensavers. This free Mac application is an intellectual property of Michael Ash.

GPULife is a screensaver which displays Conway's Game of Life, implemented entirely as an OpenGL shader. As a result, it uses almost no CPU power as it runs, and it can achieve very high framerates.
