A convenient tool that lets you seamlessly switch between devices while listening to music. Whether you're starting a song on your iPhone and want to continue on your Mac, the app picks up right where you left off. It works with music synced from iTunes to your iPhone and songs saved in your Apple Music library.

From the developer:
PlayOff allows you to start playing music on one device, like your iPhone, then continue listening to music on another device, like your Mac. The tool finds the song playing on your other devices and picks up where you left off. PlayOff works with music synced to your iPhone with iTunes and songs you've saved to your library from Apple Music.
You may want to check out more Mac applications, such as Pigskin, which might be similar to PlayOff.
