Scribblet is an application that opens with a keyboard shortcut, allowing you to type notes and ideas as they come to you. You can then search through folders and notes to retrieve your ideas in the future.
You may want to check out more Mac applications, such as Mindcad Incubator, Tomboy or Mail Scripts Installer, which might be similar to Scribblet.
