Our website provided a free download of SerialParallels 1.0 for Mac. The following version: 1.0 was the most frequently downloaded one by the program users. Serialparallels-1.0.zip is the default file name to indicate the SerialParallels installer. The software lies within System Tools, more precisely Virtualization. This free Mac application was originally developed by Martin Louis Software. This application's bundle is identified as com.yourcompany.SerialParallels.
From the developer:
Parallels only supports serial ports as sockets on the host OS. SerialParallels connects to such a socket and binds it to a real serial port. To use it, add a serial port as a server socket on the virtual machine. Start the virtual machine then run SerialParallels. Set its socket type to client and select the file to match that in Parallels. Set the serial device and associated settings then hit the enable button.
You may want to check out more software for Mac, such as roami, WidgetOrganizer or CernVM Installer, which might be similar to SerialParallels.
