Snac 0.95 for Mac was free to download from our application library. This free Mac app is an intellectual property of Fredrik Wallner. The bundle identifier for Snac for Mac is nu.wallner.Snac. The following version: 0.9 was the most frequently downloaded one by the program users. Snac.dmg is the common file name to indicate the Snac installer. The program lies within System Tools, more precisely Device Assistants.

Snac, a GUI (graphical user interface) for scanimage. The program is small and limited in it's abilities, but it allows you scan a preview and to select an area from that preview to scan. You can also set the resolution and scanmode before scanning. Since Snac only is a GUI, you need to download and install the SANE backend before you can use it.
