A Mac application that enables users to watch and record Digital TV, including HDTV. By using hardware drivers, the solution provides a seamless viewing experience on your Mac. While the default playback is done through MPlayer for MPEG streams, additional features are accessible through the internal display code (currently not supported on every Mac). iTele is an application that allows you to watch and record Digital TV (including HDTV) on your Mac. It works with the hardware drivers found here.
iTele currently defaults to using MPlayer to do the playback of MPEG streams, but there are many more features available if you use the internal display code (however, it doesn't work on every Mac yet). Check out the forums for updates and help.
You may want to check out more software for Mac, such as LiveTV, which might be similar to iTele.
