Description
A speech dictation tool that simplifies transcribing audio by managing it in phrases. It automatically divides the audio into manageable sections, allowing for smooth transcription work. Specific features for transcribing include the ability to adjust playback position, speed, and quality. The tool also offers Siri-quality speech-to-text conversion using the Speech recognition framework on Catalina. The output includes text for each phrase, which can be exported as a .txt file with headers indicating start time, end time, and speaker.
Downloading interviewScribe 4.2 for Mac from the developer's website was possible when we last checked. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this app available. This Mac application is an intellectual property of YANASE Inc. The program is included in Audio & Video Tools. We recommend checking the downloaded files with any free antivirus.
