A water property calculator that uses the Modular Modeling System (MMS) steam property library to calculate various thermodynamic properties of steam and water. It provides accurate values for Pressure, Temperature, Enthalpy, Entropy, Specific Volume, Density, and Quality within specific pressure and enthalpy ranges. Saturated properties are accurate to within +/- 0.24% from 0.1 to 3,200 psia.
