ACS 8.01 could be downloaded from the developer's website when we last checked. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this software available. The ACS installer is commonly called ACS_Launcher.exe, ac.exe, McciBrowser.exe, LSUin000.exe or LAUNCH.EXE etc.
