There was a download of ASRC 1.2 on the developer's website when we last checked. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this software available. Commonly, this program's installer has the following filename: asrc.exe.

ASRC (Advanced Simulated Radar Client), is a truly advanced simulated radar client enabling the controller to manage simulated air traffic in a way that closely matches actual radar procedures. It uses keystrokes and commands that have been designed to closely approximate those used in ATC facilities.
You may want to check out more software, such as Kudos, Martin M130 for FSX or FS2004 or Fokker F28 UPDATE, which might be similar to ASRC.
