I have used this on Windows XP, 7, 10. My Win10 is 64bit, no problems. I sync with the free Android version. You can use a Cloud, but I just Sync on my personal network. For local Sync it "wants" to use Bonjour, but you can ignore this message and just use IP addresses instead.
