From the developer:

AspxFormsGen is a tool that automatically generates (ASP.Net Generator) ASP.Net Standard WebForms (.aspx) in C# or VB and their accompanying CodeFile (.aspx.cs or .aspx.vb). It generates WebForms with CRUD (Create, Retrieve, Update, Delete) functionalities using the latest Linq-to-SQL and LinqDataSource, based on the tables in your MS SQL 2000/2005 Database, all in One Click.

AspxFormsGen is not a component, it simply generates ASP.

You may want to check out more software, such as FarPy GUIE, ADO.NET Entity Framework Tools Preview or DevMansion JavaScript Menu Builder, which might be similar to AspxFormsGen.
