Paid one off payment for cashflow Mgr 7 purchased years ago for reconciliation only once a year for tax. Now they have cancelled my membership and want min 12 month subscription. I will not be a returning customer and telling everyone I know including acc't. Did 6 months worth and would go any further. What a waste of my time! ANGRY is an understatement!

I purchased the product some years ago and then it suddenly stopped working. Turns out the Cash Flow Manager people decided they didn't want to stick with the original deal of a ONE-OFF-PAYMENT and they decided to go to a subscription method. So they then disabled my software remotely without letting me know. They refuse to re-activate it and have left me with years of accounting files I can't access.
I haved purchased a number of upgrades and purchased program outright now they want Subscription, it's absolute rubbish. Forwarding complaint to Accc like thousands of others.
Only use the system for GST component for our taxation. Honestly Australian government should be supplying business with a program to use as we are there accounts in this matter absolute rubbish.

This program locks you into a subscription model and if you ever stop paying for it, they turn off your ability to access your existing data. Avoid like the plague!
