This PC software works fine with 32-bit versions of Windows XP/Vista/7/8/10/11. The actual developer of the program is Evgeni Shmakov. The most popular versions of the tool are 2.2, 2.1 and 2.0. The software lies within System Utilities, more precisely General.
From the developer:
Chameleon Window Manager is a window manager software that allows you to customize the behavior of all windows (close unnecessary windows, specify the window size and position, move windows to a specific monitor, set transparency, minimize them to the taskbar and much more) and add buttons with additional functions to the title bars (Minimize to Caption, Position window at left/right of screen, etc.).
You may want to check out more software, such as Windows Management Framework, Actual Window Manager or NeXT Window Manager, which might be similar to Chameleon Window Manager.
