File splitting program. Tested on Win95/98/NT 4. Also tested a 800 MB file to split into 198 3MB files. (Worked great and took approx. 35 Minutes on a 700 PIII). Also works great and utilizes windows explorer for viewing files when done. Comments welcomed for developing more ideas.
