Analyze gene data and perform the multi-test comparison using various statistical models. Work with the results of microarray, proteomic, and SAGE experiments, identify enriched biological themes within gene lists, find multiplicity-adjusted p-values for different categories, and view annotation tables.

EASE can be downloaded from our software library for free. The most popular versions among the program users are 4.3, 4.2 and 4.1. You can launch this free PC software on Windows XP/Vista/7/8/10 32-bit. The program relates to Education Tools.
