I had purchased the program around 2005. I loved the program. When I got a new computer back around 2008 I contacted them and they transferred my license to it. That computer went up around 2012. I got a new computer. This time when I contacted them I got no reply. I tried several times and still no reply. I paid for a lifetime program so it should be able to be transferred every time I upgrade my computer.
