What a trash software! I've tried to install it on two PC's, it will install successfully, then when you have to input the username and password, it crashes. This software cant be used.
After my cameras have been working fine for months and able to view on my laptop suddenly once again I tried logging on and it's telling me log on error unknown.
I have installed it on Windows 10 machine and was able to connect to my security system. However, now it keeps telling me my password is invalid (even though it's not). I can uninstall the software then reinstall, and it will take my password again. Logged in and out several times and then it start's doing the same thing "invalid password." Where do you go for support with this annoying issue?
I agree. I cannot get this to work on Windows 10! Very disappointing.
Will not work with Windows 10 and trying to get through to Lorex support is next to impossible.
