FlexSetup
There was a download of FlexSetup 1.0 on the developer's website when we last checked. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this software available. The software is included in System Utilities.

This free tool was originally created by Microsoft. The most popular version of the program 1.0. The most frequent installer filename for the program is: f.exe. This release contains a mostly-stable version of SimpleSfx (the self-extractor), MSIDiff, and WiXFileTool. These tools can already be used for small projects.
This application allows you to create a self-extracting archive from a ZIP file.
The default behavior of the self-extractor is to launch SETUP.CMD after extracting the ZIP file to a temporary directory.
You may want to check out more software, such as Sfx-Factory!, Files-Destructor or UharcGui, which might be similar to FlexSetup.
