This program allows you to change the default icon for any folder on a per folder basis (i.e. you can give your mp3 folder a music note icon, but not change all you folder icons). It'll also allow you to add a pop-up message (message appears when you hover the mouse over the folder in Windows Explorer) for the folder, control if the folder can be shared, and force the system to prompt you before deleting the folder in the future.
