Description
G-TRACE 1.0 could be downloaded from the developer's website when we last checked. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this software available. The actual developer of the free program is Caida. G-TRACE lies within Internet & Network Tools, more precisely Network Tools.
According to the results of the Google Safe Browsing check, the developer's site is safe. Despite this, we recommend checking the downloaded files with any free antivirus software. G-TRACE.exe is the most common filename for this program's installer. The most popular version of the tool is 1.0.

GTrace uses a combination of methods to either determine or guess at the physical location of a node in the traceroute path. It is flexible enough to support addition of new databases, heuristics to map IP addresses to physical location and maps.
