Download of GDCM 2.4.2 was on the developer's website when we last checked. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this software available. GDCM lies within Development Tools, more precisely IDE. The most popular versions among GDCM users are 2.4, 2.2 and 2.0. We recommend checking the downloaded files with any free antivirus. Grassroots DiCoM is a C library for DICOM medical files. It is accessible from Python, C#, Java and PHP. It supports RAW, JPEG, JPEG 2000, JPEG-LS, RLE and deflated transfer syntax. It also provides PS 3.15 certificates and password based mecanism to anonymize and de-identify DICOM datasets.
