We recommend checking the downloaded files with any free antivirus. The actual developer of the program is hameddanger. The software lies within Desktop Tools, more precisely Themes.

As its name says, this installation changes your default Windows theme with a skin that reminds of Halloween.
This skin pack can also be used for free as long as ads don't bother you.
If your theme does not get changed or it's like the classic Windows then you need to install Uxtheme patcher and after restart.
