Description
Create a streaming server environment. Upload the currently processed and playing audio files and share them with other users over the Internet, thus creating a broadcasting channel. Customize server settings and optionally display the names of the tracks or your status.
Icecast 2.5 is available as a free download on our software library. The Icecast installer is commonly called Icecast2win.exe, icecast.exe, Icecast2.exe or notepad.exe etc. The following versions: 2.5, 2.4 and 2.3 are the most frequently downloaded ones by the program users.
Our built-in antivirus checked this download and rated it as virus free. The latest installer occupies 5 MB on disk. Icecast relates to Multimedia Tools. The latest version of Icecast can be downloaded for PCs running Windows XP/XP Professional/Vista/7/8/10/11, 32-bit. This free software was originally created by Xiph.org.

Icecast is a streaming media server which currently supports Ogg (Vorbis and Theora), Opus, WebM and MP3 audio streams. The program can be used to create an Internet radio station or a privately running jukebox. It supports the connection protocol used by the source client of Shoutcast DSP.
