Intelligent Ports
Downloading Intelligent Ports 2.2 from the developer's website was possible when we last checked. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this software available. The following versions: 2.2 and 1.0 are the most frequently downloaded ones by the program users.

You can apply RuleSets to Intelligent (Proxy) ports to Block specific IP Ranges, To delay connection for specic IP ranges, Limit maximum number of simultaneous connections per IP and apply this limitation to specific IP ranges. Limit the total number of connections to each Intelligent proxy port
