Description
There was a download of Khmer OS Unicode 2.0 on the developer's website when we last checked. We cannot confirm if there is a free download of this software available. The following version: 2.0 is the most frequently downloaded one by the program users.
The actual developer of the free software is Khmer OS. According to the results of the Google Safe Browsing check, the developer's site is safe. Despite this, we recommend checking the downloaded files with any free antivirus software. The program lies within System Utilities, more precisely Fonts.

Microsoft has included Khmer Unicode font in their new OS, Windows Vista and Windows 7. However, DaunPenh and Dokchampa, Khmer Unicode font, is too small to read. KhmerOS has created many of Khmer Unicode fonts designed by Mr. Danh Hong in an effort to provide a better Khmer Unicode UI font. Among those fonts, it is strongly recommend to use "Khmer OS System" font as default Khmer Unicode font for your Windows Operating System (OS).
