Laggsta was developed to work on Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10 or Windows 11 and can function on 32-bit systems. The software lies within Internet & Network Tools, more precisely Network Tools. The program's installer is commonly called Laggsta.exe. The following versions: 2.1, 1.6 and 1.4 were the most frequently downloaded ones by the program users.

From the developer:

Laggsta is a software program that is able to slow down (or lag) your internet connection for every device connected to the same network.

This type of progam is often called a software, or wireless, "Lag Switch"

Some on-line games give an unfair advantage to players with slower internet connections.

Level the playing field by controlling your own connection speed

You may want to check out more software, such as HTTP-Tunnel Client, FTPGetter or FTP Commander Deluxe, which might be similar to Laggsta.
