Lupa2
You could have downloaded Lupa2 1.0 from our software library for free. The most popular version of the Lupa2 1.0. This free tool was originally created by Zbyszek Swirski. Lupa2 is included in Development Tools. Lupa2Demo.exe and LUPA2D1.EXE are the most frequent filenames for this program's installer.

Return of Lupa - magnifying glass with a twist. Lupa2 work as a magnifying glass on your desktop, but now allows for non-proportional x/y magnifications, creates Lupa Cursor with different shapes, displays fixed position on the screen and it is an ActiveX control, so you can even use it in your own program.
You may want to check out more software, such as Clump, ManifestManagerUtility or PROTTYPE., which might be similar to Lupa2.
