I received only 2 Worx spools, instead of 6. What a rip off. Please send the other 4 spools!
I just want to let you know that I have used Works, Office, and Quickbooks for years and have not had to pay a fee after purchasing the software to be able to use them for longer than a year. I am very disappointed and upset at this point with Microsoft which seems to want to charge me rent on software I have purchased in order to use it longer than a year. I will go back to doing my work on a typewriter and paper checks instead of using a microsoft product due to this.
